Kinga earned her Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Toronto. It was during her time attending the University that Kinga began to question root causes of illness. Her desire to learn more in this area naturally drew her to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.

Kinga is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about teaching others how to live healthier lives.  She believes that there is a root cause to all illness.  Symptoms are merely a manifestation of a disturbance in the body and as such should be used as clues in solving the problem rather than just being suppressed.  Prevention is always the best medicine and as such one of her many goals is to teach others how to implement changes in order to do this.  The body has an incredible innate ability to heal and restore balance within; by supporting and nurturing that natural ability optimum health can be achieved.

Kinga is committed to providing each patient with a personalized approach to their treatment.  Each person is unique with their own set of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical factors that contribute to their health.   All of these aspects must be addressed in order to attain health and wellbeing.  She is well trained in a variety of therapies including: Nutritional Counseling/Supplementation, Lifestyle Counseling, Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy and Hydrotherapy. In addition to this she is also trained in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, a non-toxic alternative to looking and feeling younger.

Kinga has experience treating a wide range of health concerns including menopause, PMS, headaches, digestive issues, weight management, allergies, fatigue, anxiety/stress/depression, chronic pain, as well as many others.  She has a special interest in preventative medicine, digestive conditions, women’s health, pediatrics, fertility promotion/support, addictions and immune support.

Kinga is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors as well as the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors. She is licensed by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy-Naturopathy and is in good standing.  She is also an occasional contributor to Life Peak Magazine, a health magazine that focuses on educating the public to live healthy and environmentally conscious lives.
